The Poly Idler Roll Coverings can obtain the material shedding characteristics of a polymer roll with the proven reliability of PPI’s standard steel roll. Wear life is extended by pressing a plastic sleeve over the shell of the idler roll. In many applications, the plastic surface of the roll sheds wet sticky material that otherwise may build up on a standard steel roll.
