Precision Pulley and Idler S.A. •    Protección ambiental: Velar por el cuidado del medio ambiente y la prevención de la contaminación mediante la identificación, control y monitoreo de nuestros aspectos e impactos ambientales en nuestras operaciones y cadena de valor, manteniendo preparación ante emergencias.
•    Participación y consulta: Fomentar y garantizar la participación y consulta de todos los colaboradores y sus representantes en los temas de SST, en un entorno libre de represalias que promueva la comunicación abierta.
•    Competencia: Asegurar que todos los trabajadores reciban la capacitación adecuada para cumplir sus responsabilidades, respetando los estándares de Calidad, Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente.
•    Cumplimiento: Cumplir con todos los requisitos legales, normativos y demás compromisos suscritos por la organización en materia de HSEQ, así como los acuerdos internos aplicables.
•    Mejora continua: Lograr de manera sistemática la mejora continua en el desempeño de nuestros procesos y en la eficacia del Sistema de Gestión Integrado, en conformidad con ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 e ISO 14001:2015.

Precision Pulley and Idler S.A. (PPI Chile) is a manufacturer of components for high-performance conveyor systems, committed to delivering quality products at competitive prices with a strong service vocation. We acknowledge our responsibility for Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Protection, and the Well-being of all our team members, as well as respectful and transparent treatment toward customers, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders.

Accordingly, Precision Pulley and Idler S.A. commits to:

•    Quality: Establishing and reviewing quality objectives aligned with the organization's context and strategy, ensuring that our products and services consistently meet our customers' requirements, and managing risks and opportunities that may affect this conformity.
•    Working Conditions: Providing safe, healthy working conditions that promote the comprehensive well-being of all team members, preventing occupational injuries and illnesses through plans, programs, and preventive measures.
•    Hazard and Risk Management (HSEQ): Identifying hazards and assessing Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental risks in order to eliminate or reduce them, applying the hierarchy of controls established in our Integrated Management System.
•    Environmental Protection: Safeguarding the environment and preventing pollution through the identification, control, and monitoring of our environmental aspects and impacts across our operations and value chain, while maintaining emergency preparedness.
•    Participation and Consultation: Promoting and ensuring the participation and consultation of all team members and their representatives on OHS matters, in a retaliation-free environment that fosters open communication.
•    Competence: Ensuring that all workers receive adequate training to fulfill their responsibilities in accordance with Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental standards.
•    Compliance: Meeting all legal, regulatory, and other requirements subscribed to by the organization in matters of HSEQ, as well as applicable internal commitments.
•    Continuous Improvement: Systematically achieving continuous improvement in the performance of our processes and in the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System, in conformity with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 14001:2015.

This policy is established by the Senior Management of Precision Pulley and Idler S.A., who guarantees the resources for its implementation, communication, and periodic review.
