PPI 800 Series Split 10 Modular Belt Sprocket – innovative patented two-piece sprocket focused on reducing downtime and sanitary concerns. With a dual function design this sprocket can be placed in a locked or unlocked position. Installation is completed quickly with a stainless clamp and locking fastener. Compatible with multiple belt brands the PPI sprocket will seamlessly integrate with existing sprockets on the same shaft and belt. This product solves the time-consuming tedious task of machine disassembly and shaft removal to replace worn or broken modular belt sprockets. For sanitary inspections, all surfaces are easily accessible for cleaning and disinfecting.
