VIRTUALLY ASSISTING OUR CUSTOMERS

Count on PPI to provide not only products but expertise during this difficult time. Our Technical Field Engineers are finding creative ways to be with and assist customers virtually to respect social distancing. 

Earlier this week a customer had a pulley being damaged from metal on metal contact, our field support reviewed the video and realized the pulley needed to be changed out. 

After seeing the original pulley print and brainstorming on how to solve the problem without actually being there, our experts decided to increase the shell thickness by 60% and lag the replacement pulley to give it the best chance for long term success. Knowing the pulley would not last much longer our manufacturing team was able to do a quick turnaround and keep essential business running.
