Job Details

This position is responsible for assisting the marketing and sales departments with various projects and administrative duties.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales team information and report changes to make updates for company websites.
  • Coordinate payments for special events in conjunction with the Tradeshow specialist.
  • Coordinate and track additional marketing communications team payments per marketing communications manager’s direction.
  • Execute marketing initiatives and provide daily support to the marketing communications team.
  • Help create marketing materials, templates, and updates literature in conjunction with creative team utilizing the Adobe Suite.
  • Understands and promotes the utilization of brand standards and acts as an ambassador of the house of brands.
  • Maintain novelty items inventory and physical stock of products in conjunction with promo store administrator.
  • Monitor and distribute e-mails sent to the general corporate email address from marketing and Sales Leadership.
  • Manages the e-blast distribution list for the PFI group.
  • Coordinates the production, print and distribution of internal quarterly company newsletter.
  • Coordinates the production, print and distribution of literature flyers in conjunction with promo store administrator.
  • Coordinates shipping of domestic and international promo store orders in a timely manner.
  • Coordinates the production and distribution of quarterly employees apparel special orders.
  • Coordinates diverse activities per leadership, sales and marketing team requests.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements related to reserving flights, hotels, and cars as needed for leadership, marketing and sales team members as needed.
  • Manage relationships with vendors for printed marketing materials as needed.
  • Continually participate in additional training related to the job.
  • Attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Regular, consistent attendance.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or a general education degree. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design highly desired or related field or equivalent work experience. One to five years of relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of Adobe suite including Photoshop. InDesign, Illustrator and creative cloud.
  • Full understanding of the Microsoft office package specifically powerpoint, word and excel.
  • Ability to multitask and work in more than one project at the time.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to produce messages error-free.
  • Strong organization skills.
