Job Details

This position will oversee the management of multiple IT projects simultaneously to ensure project success. Upgrade and enhancement requests will be managed based on business priorities. Proactive review of current processes to identify current or future opportunities.

**Candidates must be authorized to work in the US with no current or future visa sponsorship**

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provides leadership and tactical planning for execution of projects by applying technical information systems knowledge to achieve project objectives and deliverables.

Estimates cost and schedule for information systems projects.

Ensures projects are completed on time, within budget and meet the technical requirements.

Negotiates and verifies deliverables with stakeholders - external, internal, across functional organizations.

Understands the technical domain to identify task dependencies.

Resource as needed for XA questions.

Identifies and coordinates XA upgrades along with researching new functionality for possible enhancements.

Proactively manages changes in project scope using change management, identifies potential issues, and devises contingency plans, as necessary.

Identifies potential project risks and responds by developing risk mitigation strategies, corrective actions, risk acceptance recommendations or avoidance for all aspects of the project.

Effectively addresses project concerns with management.

Domestic travel is required.

Continually participate in additional training related to the job.

Perform extra assignments in other areas and related task assignments in the work area.

Regular, consistent attendance.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent from a four-year college in Business, IT or other related field; or five plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
