Job Details

Coordinate tube pulley production through the fabrication.


  • Coordinate the pulley workload from saw cut through fabrication.
  • Communicate with Production Control Coordinator to assure product is complete in time to accommodate assembly and shipping needs.
  • Monitor material availability and communicate shortages as needed.
  • Assure priorities and due dates are being met as product flows between departments.
  • Assure that parts are cut, machined and available to the tube line in order to meet the pulley completion dates.
  • Know and back up all production jobs as needed.
  • Perform Plant Manager duties and responsibilities when necessary.
  • Continually participate in additional training related to the job.
  • Perform extra assignments in other areas and related task assignments in the facility.
  • Regular, consistent attendance.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, smell, repetitively use feet to control, and repetitively use hands for fine dexterity.  The employee is frequently required to walk, reach with hands and arms, lift/move more than 100 pounds with assist available, and repetitively use hands for simple/light grasping.  The employee is regularly required to stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, talk or hear, lift/move up to 50 pounds with assist available, and repetitively use hands for firm/heavy grasping.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.  Specific hearing abilities required by this job include the ability to hear alarms of equipment, the ability to hear customers, and the ability to hear instructions from others.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or a general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Training, Certifications, Licenses

Forklift license, valid state driver’s license.
