Job Details

Lead the improvement activities of the Advancing Customer Experience (ACE) initiatives at various Precision operations. Coach and mentor project leaders.  Develop and learn the skills required to improve processes and drive improved performance through the ACE model.

Lead and coach others in the development and deployment of the Precision ACE (Advancing Customer Experience) strategy.

Support the ACE activities by working with leaders and teams to analyze and find creative ways to improve manufacturing and office processes.

Work with leadership to scope and define improvement projects for the ACE strategy.

Gather and analyze internal and external customer feedback to support the ACE strategy and identify the highest value projects.

Work and collaborate with the appropriate individuals to make sure that assigned projects are receiving the needed support. 

Monitor and follow-up on the sustainment of projects as assigned.

Lead teams and projects to achieve targeted goals using lean and statistical tools according to the ACE Precision strategy.

Train and coach employees on the techniques and tools for ACE.

Collect and analyze data using Excel and other computer software information in support of ACE projects.

Good communication and writing skills.

Domestic and International travel to other locations required up to 50%.

Continually participate in additional training related to the Job.

Perform extra assignments in other areas and related task assignments in the work area.

Regular, consistent attendance.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree (B. A. or B. S.) from a four-year college or university; or 5+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Training, Certifications, Licenses

CI, Lean or Six Sigma Experience and/or Certification desirable.
